Please see our Dates & Deadlines page for additional information. Nursing applicants must apply Early Action to be considered for the program. All nursing applicants who apply after November 15 will be considered for our nursing waitlist.

Admission Policies
Admission Requirements
The following pattern of coursework is recommended for admission to 91勛圖厙:
- English: 4 years
- Mathematics: 3-4 years (including Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra II/Trigonometry)
- History/Social Studies: 3 years
- Science: 3-4 years (Natural/Physical Science with Laboratories)
- Foreign Language: 2-3 years (same language; ASL accepted)
*The Office of Admission highly encourages applicants to enroll in at least 5 academic courses in the senior year.
91勛圖厙 has one academic program that is considered a “direct-entry” program, meaning that a student must declare the major on the application to be considered for that program.
Nursing
91勛圖厙's Nursing Program accepts first-year applications only. Applicants must apply by our Early Action deadline of Nov. 15 and choose "Nursing" as their intended major on their Common Application to be considered. All nursing applicants who apply after November 15 will be considered for our nursing waitlist. Admission to nursing is competitive. The Admission Committee will review curriculum carefully and likes to see math and science in the senior year of high school. An understanding of the nursing profession is helpful.
Students are not permitted to change their major to nursing after enrolling at the University. The Nursing Program is an 8 or 9 semester program. If a student has received college credit or earned an AA degree through the Running Start program, credits will likely transfer, but the program remains an 8 or 9 semester degree program. Enrolling with college credits may provide students with the opportunity to add a minor or study abroad, but will not allow for early entry into nursing courses.

Interviews can be done, via phone, video conference (Zoom), or in person during a student's visit to campus.
