Harry & Colleen Magnuson Theatre

The Box Office is located at 502 East Boone Avenue, inside the Magnuson Theatre on the east end of College Hall on the campus of 91³Ô¹ÏÍø University. We are typically open Monday-Friday, Noon-5PM however our staff is part time and our student employees work around their class schedule so we cannot always answer your call. Please leave a message with your name and number and we will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible. Thank you!

Day of the Show
The Box Office opens 90 minutes before curtain. Magnuson Theatre has festival seating and the house opens 30 minutes before curtain.


How to Buy Tickets

Online Purchase

Tickets can be purchased for individual productions. Tickets purchased online can be delivered digitally, printed at home, or left at Will Call.

Telephone

Tickets may be purchased over telephone with Visa or MasterCard by contacting the Box Office at the Myrtle Woldson Center at (509) 313-2787.

In Person

Tickets can be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, personal check or cash in the Box Office during regular hours.

Tickets may also be available in the Box Office prior to each curtain. For availability please contact the Box Office at the Myrtle Woldson Center at (509) 313-2787.

Important Ticket Policies:

  • All ticket sales are final
  • Tickets are non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for other dates or shows
  • Tickets will be released to waiting patrons in the 5 minutes prior to curtain for those seats that have not shown up
  • Please do not send credit card information via email or left on telephone answering service

  • What You Should Know

Arrival Time

Productions begin promptly, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early. Doors open 90 minutes before the show and seating begins 30 minutes before the curtain.

Late Seating

Patrons arriving late will be seated at the first suitable pause in the performance in the least disruptive locations.

Weather

All performances will take place as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions.

Cameras & Recorders

The use of cameras and audio or video recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in any part of the theatre. One must be at least 25 feet from any doorway.

Firearms Policy

No firearms of any kind are allowed in any part of the theatre.
