In compliance with 34 CFR §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) issued by the U.S. Department of Education to amend the regulations implementing Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, 91³Ô¹ÏÍø University has made publicly available the minimum training materials used to train the university’s Title IX Coordinator, investigators, decision-makers and other personnel involved in administering the Policy for Complying with the Title IX Regulations/Title IX Final Rule Regarding Formal Complaints of Sexual Harassment.
91³Ô¹ÏÍø University’s Title IX Personnel have or will have at a minimum, and prior to participating in the administration of the Policy for Complying with the Title IX Regulations/Title IX Final Rule Regarding Formal Complaints of Sexual Harassment, in-person or online virtual training programs offered through Title IX Solutions or ATIXA in the following subjects pertinent to their specific responsibilities:
