About Parent and Family Orientation

91³Ô¹ÏÍø University understands the important role that family members play in their students' lives and educational success. Continued communication and support from family members can contribute immeasurably to the success of new GU students.

Parent and Family Orientation provides the opportunity to learn about the many offices, services, academic programs, and resources 91³Ô¹ÏÍø University has to offer. Through Parent and Family Orientation, families can build a partnership with 91³Ô¹ÏÍø University, focusing on ways in which everyone can support students in reaching their educational and career goals.

This is a very important time in your student’s life. You can help by being active participants at Parent and Family Orientation. Be prepared to take notes during the sessions and write down questions in advance. 91³Ô¹ÏÍø’s office of New Student & Family Programs strives to make this transition to college as smooth as possible.

You will be able to register at the Info Tent across from Foley Lawn on Friday, August 23rd.
