j has a diverse background with over 23 years of experience in product creation; from 3D model making to rapid prototyping and has held positions across various key functions; including, product development, marketing, consumer research and innovation. Over 20 of those years were at adidas working on highly visible franchise products that included footwear for elite athletes such as Damian Lillard, James Harden, Chelsea Gray, and Haley Van Lith. However, the projects she’s most proud of never made it to market… They were projects centered around representation, language, disruptive innovation strategies addressing the gender gap of performance product, and the importance of broadening our definition of success to be diverse and inclusive. These projects included conversations
with women and girls across sport and age that fostered a greater sense of purpose as well as a commitment to building paths for a more equitable future...
Her unconventional journey of moxie and grit includes a foundation of strong relationships, and she often refers to herself as an ‘Expert Generalist.’ It’s her accumulative experience that enables her to build thoughtful solutions that move seamlessly between strategy and tactical execution.
Her relentless quest to explore, learn, and evolve personally and professionally has generated unique opportunities from crypto tech and managing NFTs to working with small local brands to reimagine what’s possible. Currently she’s the Vice President of Spokane Zephyr FC leading the Women’s side of the business with a keen focus on building equity for women in sport; knowing the value goes beyond monetary measurement.
