- Law School: 8:10 a.m. — Student group photo at Law School entrance, then proceed to Martin Center for lineup
- Graduate Schools: 11:15 a.m. — Students arrive at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø University Martin Center for lineup
- Concessions will be available. Cashless only please.
- All ceremonies and mass are substance-free events

Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena
Sunday, May 11| Undergraduate ceremony

Spokane Arena Parking
- Parking in the is limited.
- Arena lot prices are TBA (rate confirmed by April 1)
- Parking lots in the surrounding area vary in price and are also limited. Please be creative and efficient regarding transportation. See nearby parking options .
Arrival and ADA Accommodations
- Arena doors open at 8:30 a.m.
- Guest entrance is at the Northeast Doors
- Accessible seating is available, and the security service team will accommodate needs upon arrival. A special entrance is designated for parties with disabled and mobility-impaired guests.
- Students in academic regalia will be required to show university ID for entry at the Southeast Doors, which open at 8:30 a.m.
- Students need to check in at line-up by 9:00 a.m.
Clear Bag Policy
- The venue typically requires clear bags only, no larger than 14”x14”x6”.
- Camera and diaper bags will require a security check and require more time for entry.
- No storage is available.

- Undergraduate ceremony is limited to seven guests per student. There is no extra ticket distribution.

Undergraduate Guest Ticket Distribution
Beginning mid-April, 2025, students will access the for 91³Ô¹ÏÍø commencement at Spokane Arena. Students must utilize their 91³Ô¹ÏÍø ID number as a "promo code" and select the side of their floor seat to access the allotted seven guest tickets. Every person ages 2 and older is required to have a ticket & seat assignment at the Arena. Once the digital tickets arrive, students can forward to guests or transfer to another student in need of extra tickets.
TicketsWest Instructions- Choose the appropriate side of the arena's "Guest Purchase button"
- Enter your GU ID# as promo code - if you get an error you may have chosen the wrong guests group
- If you don't have a TicketsWest account, you will be prompted to create one in order to get your tickets
- All tickets are sent via email and require download to Apple Wallet or Google Pay
- You can transfer tickets to whomever you like - your guests or another student needing extra tickets. instructions are available on the Tickets West site to assist you
- Request ADA seating from a link in your ticket confirmation email. The same form is available from the TicketsWest main page, but you'll need to have your account number and have obtained your tickets for your request to be processed

Prohibited Items: Please note the following items that attendees cannot bring into the ceremony venues:
- Alcohol
- Outside food and beverage
- Large signs and umbrellas
- Bags that do not meet the policy at each venue
- Firearms (even with carry permits)
- Noisemakers
