- Chinese language is not currently offered at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø.
- A Regional Concentration focused on Asia is offered as a major and minor in the International Studies Department. Chinese language proficiency is one of the requirements that compliment that major/minor. Students interested in the Chinese language are encouraged to consider a major and minor in International Studies and to investigate the options for studying Chinese through summer study, courses taken at other universities and transferred to 91³Ô¹ÏÍø, or study abroad.
You can study the Chinese language during your time at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø in one the following ways
Transfer courses: 91³Ô¹ÏÍø students can take Chinese courses at other universities, including suitable online classes, to transfer to 91³Ô¹ÏÍø. Students interested in taking Chinese in this way should contact the Chair of the Department of Modern Languages and Literature for further information.
Study Abroad: 91³Ô¹ÏÍø students can study Chinese for the semester while being immersed in Chinese culture via two programs in Beijing and Shanghai.
