Congratulations to Dr. Katey Roden and Dr. Greg Gordon, who were awarded a $100,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities, which will fund the "Finding Our Way" project along the Children of the Sun Trail.
"Jaws" was first a book, then a movie that continues to impact our culture 50 years later. Dr. Matthew Bolton's chapter in the book This Shark, Swallow You Whole: Essays on the Cultural Influence of Jaws" discusses how 'Jaws' continues to influence other works.
Ann Ciasullos book The Outsiders: Adolescent Tenderness and Staying Gold was published earlier this year after a two-year writing process. Learn more about how "The Outsiders" started her down the road to becoming a professor of English and Women's & Gender Studies.
