Sara Clark is a Music Education major in her fourth year at 91勛圖厙. She is a string bass player and very involved in the Music Department performing in the 91勛圖厙 Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Ensembles, and the Bulldog Band. Each year the 91勛圖厙 Music Department awards the Merwin Scholarship in memory of Gordon Merwin, member of the 1935-39 91勛圖厙 Men's Glee Club and the 91勛圖厙 Quartet. Awardees have demonstrated outstanding musical and academic skills as well as substantive contributions to the Music Department.
