Fall Semester 2024 Payment Options:
ALL STUDENTS enrolled in an Online Graduate Program must complete one of these payment options by August 6, 2024 in order to settle their account for the Fall 2024 semester.
- Financial Aid:
If financial aid will cover your fall semester tuition balance in full, you must complete this form by August 6, 2024: Settle Your Account Form- Fall 2024
(Please note that only students have access to submit this form).
This process will confirm your coursework and let us know how to handle any potential financial aid refunds. Please do not complete this form until you have reviewed your billing statement. - Payment in Full:
If you are paying your Fall semester balance in full, your payment must reach us by August 6, 2024.
*If you register after August 6, 2024, please contact Amber Connelly at 509-313-6391 or connelly@gonzaga.edu within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays), of your registration. Please visit our "Billing and Payment" page for information about making your payment online.
*Payment online is available through our eCommerce Site Transact Payments (formerly known as CASHNet). Students access Transact Payments by logging into their account, locate the "Student Accounts" tile and then "Transact Payments..." to be connected to the Transact Payments Main Menu and click on "Make a Payment".
*A 2.95% service fee is added to the payment amount when paying with a credit or debit card. Transact Payments accept eCheck payments without charging a service fee. eCheck payments are made by using your checking/savings account number and your bank's routing number.
Effective July 1, 2024, credit card service fees will increase through Transact Payments. The credit card service fee is 2.95% of the payment amount for domestic card payments and 4.25% of the amount for international card payments. This fee is non-refundable
3. Payment Plan:
If you do not owe a balance from a previous semester, you may split your full fall balance into 4 equal installments due August 6th, September 10th, October 10th and November 10th.
Sign up for the Installment Payment Plan (online only through Transact Payments). There is a $50 enrollment fee, which will be required in addition to your first payment for August.
Enrollment in Transact Payments will open once the fall billing statements are posted in July 2024. Registered students and their authorized payers will receive an email notification once that statement is available to view online.
Once you are logged into your Transact Payments account, click on the link for "Payment Plans" followed by "View Payment Plan Options" to select the Fall 2024 payment plan option. Follow the instructions to complete enrollment. You will also have the ability to schedule automatic payments within Transact Payments if you would like to plan ahead.
