Tuition Exchange and FACHEX

91³Ô¹ÏÍø University, employees and their dependents have the opportunity to apply for Tuition Exchange or FACHEX scholarships.  To be eligible, the employee's 5th work anniversary must be before September of the year their dependent starts college.

Some Jesuit Universities participate in both Tuition Exchange and FACHEX.

Application Process

To maximize the chances of securing a scholarship, students are encouraged to submit the  by October 15th of the dependent's senior year in high school.   

  • Students can apply for up to 20 schools with one application.  If applying for more than 10 schools, another application will need to be completed.
  • Students will be considered for both Tuition Exchange and FACHEX for the Jesuit schools included on their application.
  • The student should include their parent's 91³Ô¹ÏÍø ID to expediate the approval process.
  • Please do not list 91³Ô¹ÏÍø University as an "import school".  91³Ô¹ÏÍø uses a different tuition waiver application available through .  Employees should submit this application in May each year.

Next Steps

After completing the Online Application, your information will be sent to the Human Resources Office, which will request additional documentation.  For details on the required documents and approval process, please visit the Human Resources 

Once Student Financial Services confirms your eligibility for Tuition Exchange and/or FACHEX, the application will be approved and sent to the import school.  Please note that the selection process for a Tuition Exchange or FACHEX Scholarship is highly competitive, and decisions vary by institution.  We recommend contacting the school you're interested in to learn more about their selection criteria, deadlines, and other important details.
