Yes. Just log into MyGU, navigate to the Mail Services page, and click the link (located on the right side menu). We are only able to forward USPS First Class mail, which does not include bulk mail, periodicals (newspapers, magazines etc.) or items from private carriers (UPS, FedEx etc.). Make sure to update your address information with banks, periodicals, and online shipping orders to receive mail at the desired address.

Yes. If you are shipping anything over 16 ounces please fill out a customs form and print it out before arriving at the mail room. If it is 16 ounces or less (non-negotiable documents or correspondence only) you do not need to fill out a customs form.
You can by logging into my.GU and submitting a request form to Mail Services.
You will receive an email from 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Mail Services indicating that your packages/mail are ready for pick-up. The email will state the location of where the items need to be picked up from (windows, Blue Locker Bank, or White Locker Bank).
Please note: An email from Amazon, or other companies/carriers, does not mean we have received or processed your package yet. It usually means the item(s) have arrived in Spokane and we should receive them the next day.
