Leadership Training & Development reimagined their Webinar Wednesday Series and for the entire 2020-21 academic year, focusing on building diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. Designed and hosted by Emily Clay, former Program Assistant and Alumna of the M.A. in Communication & Leadership Program, each webinar featured conversations meant to address the many aspects of DEI strategies through storytelling, practical application, and more. With the generosity of local sponsors, the  was able to offer this series for free, further extending the reach of these critically important conversations.
