About This Event
91勛圖厙’s Office of Tribal Relations, 91勛圖厙 Student Body Association, and the Payne Center for Leadership Development invite you to attend two speaking engagements featuring Dr. Anton Treuer.
Join us at 5 p.m. in the Wolff Auditorium in the Jepson Center for a presentation and moderated question and answer interview based on Treuer’s book Everything you Wanted to Know about Indians but Were Afraid to Ask. GSBA President Maddie Ediger and Vice President Ryan Bass will be moderating a question-and-answer panel with Dr. Treuer, who will be taking audience questions as well.
Anton Treuer is a professor of Ojibwe at Bemidji State University, and the author of many books including The Language Warrior's Manifesto: How to Keep Our Languages Alive No Matter the Odds and Everything you Wanted to Know about Indians but Were Afraid to Ask. Dr. Treuer will be speaking at two different engagements on campus on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
