Digital Humanities Initiative

Digital Humanities is a collaborative and interdisciplinary space where technological innovations and capabilities intersect with teaching and scholarship.

The Digital Humanities Initiative is comprised of College of Arts & Sciences faculty committed to engaging digital methods and emerging technologies to enrich our classrooms, develop innovative teaching methodologies and meaningfully engage in student-faculty collaborative research.

Digital Humanities offers 91勛圖厙 faculty exciting new opportunities for teaching innovation that complement the model of Ignatian Pedagogy at the heart of 91勛圖厙's larger humanistic and Jesuit identity.

Digitally-enabled teaching opens new avenues for active learning and serious reflection in the classroom while also offering a bridge between the academic environments of university classrooms and the lived experience of an increasingly digital and technology-driven world.
