The innovative MSN in Nursing Leadership in Healthcare (MSN-NLH) is designed to provide aspiring and current nursing leaders the expertise needed to respond to the complex challenges of today’s evolving health care system.
Assuming a management role within a health care organization, whether as a charge nurse or director of a service line or department, requires clinical expertise, as well as people skills, the ability to work with others to solve complex problems, and strategic thinking.
This MSN program will help you to refine these skills, while giving you the tools to become an effective change agent, improve the quality of care, and advance your career.
Upon completion of the MSN-NLH program you will be prepared to assume leadership and administrative positions in inpatient, outpatient and community-based healthcare settings.
